Setup Employees Telemedicine Accounts

Please enter your employees into the system in order to begin this process:
Step 1: Create Member Excel File
- Click Here to download this file.
Step 2: Create Secured Account to Upload Member Excel File
- Click Here to connect to Upload Center.
- Now click the “Sign Up” button. Enter your information to create an account. Watch for our email “Your Upload Center Account Is Active!”
Step 3: Upload New Member Excel File
- Click Here to go to your Upload Center account.
- Upload your Member file to our system for processing.
That’s it! You will be notified once this process has been completed enabling all employees to immediately begin using their accounts and contacting our Doctors.
